Job summary

Mission Staffing in New York City is seeking a Finance/Operations Associate for a boutique private equity/venture capital fund in Midtown Manhattan. You will join a small finance team working with the IR and Investment teams to develop business strategy, build processes, support trading, and track market data.

The role is hands-on and growth-oriented, with direct access to leadership, and scope to expand into performance reporting and analytics as the team scales.

• Work closely with the investment team, with execution tied directly to live trades and front-office requests.
• Open to a range of backgrounds — as long as you're eager to learn and pick things up fast.
• Help build the systems and data processes the function runs on, with real ownership over how things get designed.
• Small, close-knit team with direct access to leadership and real day-to-day visibility.
• Scope grows over time — from core execution into performance reporting and broader analytics as the team scales.

Finance/Operations Associate role with a Boutique Private Equity/Venture Capital Fund in NYC.

The role sits on a small finance team, will work closely with the IR and Investment team, and will work to develop business strategy, create and build out processes, support the trading process, track the market, and other finance projects.
