Clickstop, Inc. is seeking a Finance Associate to maintain financial integrity through disciplined execution and cross‑functional collaboration. You will support vendor invoicing, month‑end close, and various accounting activities while partnering with internal teams to ensure accurate financial information.

The role emphasizes financial judgment, precision, and continuous process improvement within a hybrid work environment. Strong Excel and ERP skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting, reconciliation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Excel and ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, cash accounts, and financial records with accuracy.
• Support month-end close activities, journal entries, landed cost accuracy, and other core accounting functions.
• Partner with Purchasing, Freight, Warehouse, and other internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial information.
• Support tax exemption certificate processes and other financial documentation while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Assist in soft collection efforts with a focus on maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, automation, and reporting efficiency through continuous improvement.
