You will own should-cost benchmarks, drive cost-reduction initiatives with engineering and procurement, and translate complex data into clear financial insights for leadership, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Strong background in supply chain finance or manufacturing operations finance.
• 5+ years of experience in GSM, Commodity Manager, Sourcing Manager, or finance for manufacturing.
• Solid foundation in BOM cost modeling and should-cost analysis.
• Familiarity with supplier pricing dynamics and cost drivers.
• Exceptional Excel and data modeling skills and ability to translate data to finance insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain BOM cost models across energy storage products.
• Develop and manage should-cost models to benchmark pricing against market quotes and internal expectations.
• Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives with engineering, procurement, and operations.
• Analyze supplier cost structures, trade terms, and logistics to inform sourcing strategy.
• Build financial frameworks linking procurement decisions to margins and unit economics.
• Partner cross-functionally to inform pricing, sourcing, and supply chain strategy.
