Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or related finance field.
• Experience as Global/Commodity/Sourcing Manager or finance role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of BOM cost modelling and should-cost analysis.
• Excel and financial modelling skills with bottom-up cost analyses.
• Ability to communicate complex information and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience in energy storage or hardware manufacturing desirable.
• Interest in sustainability and clean energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain BOM cost models for energy storage products.
• Develop should-cost models to benchmark pricing against market rates and internal expectations.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities across the supply chain.
• Analyze supplier cost structures and logistics to support sourcing decisions.
• Build financial models linking procurement to margins and unit economics.
• Partner with engineering, procurement, operations and leadership on pricing and sourcing.
• Translate complex technical information into clear financial insights.
