Job summary

RRD is launching a Finance Associate Development Program, a two-year entry-level opportunity designed to accelerate your career in finance and accounting.

Associates will rotate through four or five areas (e.g., Corporate Controllers, Internal Audit, FP&A, Tax & Treasury) to gain broad exposure and prepare for future finance roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• General technical knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Able to use Microsoft Windows Office or other Finance systems to complete work.
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

During our two-year program, our Associates will gain an understanding of RRD and the role that finance and accounting play through hands-on experience and mentorship. The program will consist of four or five rotations which will prepare the participant for a successful and rewarding career in Finance. Possible rotations include: Corporate Controllers Group, Internal Audit, Business Unit Finance, Tax & Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Shared Services. Finance Associates graduates from the program in two years and ideally move into a Finance or Accounting related role.

RRD's current salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000 / year. The salary range may be adjusted
based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the
future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and
compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency,
performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation
package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD’s benefit
