Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of finance experience at a top-tier law firm, representing private equity sponsors, private companies, and other borrowers in secured transactions, especially in acquisition financings and refinancings.
• Collaborative team player with initiative and excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrable client relationship skills.
• Ability to communicate complex matters clearly in oral and written form.
• Eager to grow professionally and contribute to firm and practice initiatives.
• Member of the State Bar of California.
