Qualifications

• You have 3-6 years of law firm experience, primarily representing banks, other institutional lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions.
• Preference is given to candidates with specific experience in leveraged lending, syndicated lending and sponsor finance.
• You have demonstrated experience with leveraged finance, although candidates with other commercial lending experience will be considered.
• You are skilled in drafting, editing, and reviewing loan documents, including loan agreements, security documentation, intercreditor agreements, commitment papers and closing documentation.
• You are proactive, with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
• You can communicate complex matters clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and are committed to delivering excellent client service.
• You have a strong work ethic, team player attitude, and an action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for transactions.
• You demonstrate high initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrable client relationship skills.
• You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.
