LHH has partnered with a New Jersey law firm to recruit a mid-level Finance Attorney for its New Brunswick office. This is a hybrid position offering mentorship, training, and opportunities for client development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience representing lenders and borrowers in credit transactions and will draft and negotiate loan documents, and prepare loan closings. Real estate financing experience is a plus; salary ranges from $160,000 to $190,000 with

LHH has the pleasure of working with a New Jersey law firm in its search for a Finance Attorney to join its collegial New Brunswick office. This is a firm where mentorship, training and client development are prioritized and regular events and team outings create a cohesive and supportive atmosphere!

The firm is seeking a mid-level Finance Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its dynamic team. This is a hybrid role with 2 remote workdays per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of credit transactions.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents.
• Prepare for and manage loan closings.
• Experience in real estate financing matters is a plus.
• Salary range: $160,000–$190,000 plus performance-based and billable hour bonuses
