BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney in Denver, CO with 3-5 years of general debt finance experience, including drafting credit agreements and closing loan transactions. A JD from an accredited law school and an active Colorado license or waiver are preferred.

You will draft credit documents, close loan transactions, and collaborate with clients such as commercial banks and non-bank lenders, supporting all aspects of financing transactions while maintaining high standards
