As a Finance Associate - Asset & Liability Management Finance within PNC's Investment organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role you will support business and finance leaders by providing financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and strategic decision support to help drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. This role serves as a key finance partner, delivering insights and recommendations that support business objectives and informed decision-making. The Finance Associate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and finance partners to develop financial forecasts, evaluate business performance, identify trends and key drivers, and provide executive-level reporting and presentations. Responsibilities include supporting monthly and annual planning processes, preparing materials for senior leadership, developing variance analyses and commentary, conducting ad hoc financial analyses, and identifying opportunities to enhance reporting and planning processes. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and is ideal for a candidate who enjoys combining financial analysis, business partnership, and strategic problem-solving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will be a key contributor for Asset & Liability Management Finance, which supports the Chief Investment Officer, the Treasurer and the Data Modeling & Analytics Executive, as well their direct reports and other internal stakeholders. The work cadence involves monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for internal and external parties as well as regulatory filings, annual and strategic planning, and will primarily be involved with expense reporting and headcount review.
