Finance Associate, Financial Analyst, Strategic Finance & FP&A

Mackie Myers is partnering with a high-growth consumer goods business to hire a Finance Associate into its Strategic Finance and FP&A team.

This role is designed for someone coming directly from Investment Banking who wants to move into an operating business and apply their financial modeling and analytical skillset to real commercial and strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will likely have completed approximately two years within Investment Banking and be looking to make their first move into industry.

This is not a traditional FP&A role. There will be a significant emphasis on financial modeling, scenario analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and long-term planning.

The Role

You will work across FP&A and Strategic Finance, supporting decision making across a fast-paced and growing consumer business.

Responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining detailed financial models
• Supporting annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting
• Developing short and long-term financial plans
• Cash flow forecasting and liquidity analysis
• Scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis

Candidate Profile

Investment Banking experience is a key requirement for this position.
