Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Finance Associate Analyst to manage daily payables activities and support accounting functions. This role reports to the Director of Accounting and collaborates with Product Operations, Sales, and R&D to ensure precise financial tracking and timely processes.

The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years in a fast-paced environment with Accounts Payable experience, strong data entry, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process employee expense reports
• Ensure timely payment of invoices
• Reconcile purchase orders, receipts, and invoices, resolving discrepancies
• Maintain accurate vendor files and ensure compliance with W-9 and 1099 reporting requirements
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing or payment issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Product Operations, Sales, R&D) to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting
• Support troubleshooting, process improvement, and departmental initiatives
• Support internal and external financial audit requests
• Assist with month-end close

The Finance Associate Analyst maintains the daily accounting duties for payables within the organization. The Finance Associate Analyst reports to the Director of Accounting.
