Job Description

Eurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking a temporary Finance Assistant for the Cary, NC laboratory. This role will work throughout the summer of 2025.

Duties:

• Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, general finance and data analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of audit work deliverables.
• Work within the company’s software programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• In-progress Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/orFinance.

The ideal candidate would possess :

• Strong computer skills especially within Microsoft Office.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands.
• Attention to detail in establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail, demonstrated proficiency in work, good communication skills, pride in appearance and conduct.
• Meticulous work habits, cooperative and pleasant with coworkers.
• Strong communication skills.

Additional Information

Requirements:

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English

Position is full-time temporary working Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Cary, NC are encouraged to apply.

Pay range: $16/hr.
