Job summary

BMW of Asheville is seeking energetic team members to join our premium customer service focused dealership. You will assist the Finance team with deal processing, data entry and reporting, while maintaining professional interactions with customers and banks.

This full-time role includes an hourly base of $20 with a 10% commission after a 90-day training period, and benefits from our comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth within our family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math and accounting knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to carry out instructions.
• Computer skills, Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Audits all finance deals to ensure they are processed accurately and timely.
• Works directly with customers, salespersons, banks or other institutions to obtain additional information.
• Enters data into the computer.
• Creates and generates reports as needed or requested.
• Ensure trade-ins have the proper paperwork so car can be processed.
• Works with service department to ensure after-market products are properly processed and delivered.
• Works with after-market service contracts to ensure compliance.
• Assist Finance Managers in processing documentation.
• Assist others as needed.
• Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area.
