Overview of Position:

Heiser has an immediate opening for an experienced F&I Manager. We are seeking a professional individual, with sales and finance experience, who has a customer first attitude, computer skills, and who is a self-starter and team player. Responsibilities

  • Provide customer insurance and financing alternatives

  • Evaluate customer credit worthiness

  • Establish high level bank relationships

  • Prepare financing and legal documents

  • Provide F&I Training in Sales meetings

  • Attend and participate in Finance meetings

  • Sell products and services while displaying expert service to our customers

  • participate as part of a management team, take leadership role with salespeople, help establish processes as necessary, help with training and do what can be done daily to make the dealership run more efficiently.

  • Work in the Sales Tower to help direct deals and their progress




Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

  • Minimum 1+ year(s) relevant finance, sales, and management experience

  • Sale License required

  • Valid and clean WI Driver's License

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to function as part of a team and work independently

  • Willingness to learn and take direction

  • Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment
