Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $63.00/hr

Job Summary:

• The Sr. Project Manager reports to the Project Lead and manages work streams within a program, ensuring strategy and execution are completed as envisioned.
• Responsible for successful transitions and integrations, managing resources across locations, and engaging with senior stakeholders at local and regional levels.
• Workstreams include people, process, technology, and real estate, aiming to deliver the Target Operating Model for the Finance Department.
• Must have experience in major change initiatives and a proven track record of delivering large projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support various work streams.
• Communicate project activities across regions and functions.
• Prioritize and oversee multiple projects and programs.
• Use project documentation, including toolkits and schedules.
• Escalate risks and their impacts to management.
• Strategic support:
  • Create project documents like Business Cases, Assessments, Communication Plans, and detailed project plans.
  • Present updates to senior management.
  • Support decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate problem solving on key project issues.
• Work stream controls and compliance:
  • Follow and enforce project controls.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Manage deliverables, risks, and change control processes.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or related fields; relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years in Finance and Accounting; 2-3 years in project management preferred.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
