Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a leadership professional to drive the transformation of Finance and FP&A analytics for a major client in Lincoln, NE. You will align business priorities with Oracle FDI objectives, define reporting and governance, and lead executive-level decision-making across cross-functional teams.

You will oversee the Oracle FDI deployment, ERP and EPM integrations, and the modernization of reporting and planning processes, enabling future AI and decision-support capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale finance transformation programs.
• Ability to align business priorities with program objectives and governance structures.
• Proven track record driving executive-level decision-making and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of Client's Finance and FP&A analytics capabilities.
• Establish governance, steering committees, and program controls.
• Coordinate across business, technology, data, and implementation teams for Oracle FDI deployment.
• Oversee ERP, EPM, and actuarial integrations and reporting modernization.
• Design future-state finance data and analytics operating model and KPI frameworks.
