Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with experience mining large data sets.
• Advanced SQL Experience; BigQuery experience a plus.
• Python experience a must, including statistical packages a plus.
• 8-10 years experience preferred.
• Experience using BI reporting tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills; identify business problems and opportunities.
• Clear communication with all levels of management and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex data analysis in support of analytic solutions.
• Document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
• Provide daily performance drivers to business leaders from top-line to granular footprints.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.
• Create forecasts, reports, dashboards, and ad hoc requests.
• Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights on impact and trends.
• Develop management deliverables and presentations for stakeholders.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities and provide key data insights.
• Define data quality improvements and maintain report formats and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements via quality audits and analysis.
• Be adaptable to changing business direction and requirements.
• Leverage mathematical modeling and optimization methods for analysis.
• Support CIO's data strategy and roadmap.
