Job summary

Casey’s is launching a Finance & Analytics Development Program for new graduates. This 2-year, entry-level development track includes three rotations within the CFO organization and leadership exposure across finance, accounting, audits, and analytics.

As an Associate Financial Analyst based in Ankeny, IA, you will analyze financial performance, prepare information for investor materials, perform monthly closes, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduating in December 2026 or May 2027
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, MIS or business equivalent major
• Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, volunteer activities, or university clubs
• A passion to solve problems in collaboration with others
• Effective verbal communication and presentation abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
• Work in Greater Des Moines - Forbes top place to live for young professionals
