Qualifications

• Rising Senior pursuing BA/BS in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA.
• Candidates entering final year in Fall.
• Proactive self-starter with professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
• Analytical and quantitative problem solving.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Participate in immersive workshops to develop foundational finance skills.
• Engage with Oracle executives in discussions and learning activities.
• Collect and analyze data for financial analysis and reporting.
• Draw insights by visualizing and synthesizing data.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management.
• Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team.
• Shadow and training opportunities with finance professionals.
