Job summary

Oracle is seeking motivated Finance Interns to join our US team this summer. You will participate in immersive workshops, analyze data, and present data-driven recommendations to the finance group.

You’ll work under an experienced mentor and gain hands-on experience in financial reporting and analysis. Ideal candidates are rising seniors pursuing BA/BS in Finance or Accounting with a minimum 3.5 GPA, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

  • Rising Senior working towards BA/BS in Finance/Accounting
  • Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA
  • Candidates entering their final year of studies (in the Fall academic year)
  • Proactive self-starter capable of working both independently and in a team environment
  • Exceptional professionalism and work ethic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (i.e. PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Capacity to learn quickly, adapt to change and work in an objective driven environment
  • Innovative problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills both Qualitative and Quantitative
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple assignments/projects simultaneously

Our Finance Interns have broad responsibilities, which may vary from creating financial reports to help develop practices and policies for financial management, accounting, budget control, etc. While working under an experienced mentor, you will further expand your knowledge by working on day-to-day value-add tasks at the company.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $19.09 - $36.35 per hour; from: $39,700 - $75,600 per year.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
