Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated offers a 10-12 week paid Summer Internship in Finance – Analytics & Reporting, starting May 2027. The program emphasizes building operational finance metrics and dashboards to help leaders improve performance across the T&D Infrastructure organization.

Interns will analyze data from SAP, Power BI and OneStream while developing the Operations Finance Dashboard and presenting outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship period (May-August 2027), pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship (required)
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems

Responsibilities

• Develop operational finance metrics and dashboards to provide actionable insights for operational performance across the T&D Infrastructure organization.
• Analyze financial and operational data from SAP, Power BI, and OneStream to identify key performance metrics.
• Design and build an Operations Finance Dashboard and collaborate with leadership to refine, finalize, and transition the reporting solution for ongoing use.
• Provide opportunities for professional development by building relationships and learning about other parts of the business.
• Present to the local management team at the end of the program.
