Job summary

Vetto is seeking finance professionals to help train AI systems via rigorous comparables analysis. You will build peer groups for target businesses and justify each choice, detailing business model, size, geography, growth and margins to support AI training workflows.

You will review company characteristics, assess comparability, and articulate the logic behind peer selections to improve valuation decisioning. This is an English-only onboarding process for an international project.

Qualifications

• Experience in company analysis and valuation.
• Strong experience with DCF, valuation and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in creating and comparing peer groups for benchmarking

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant comparables for target firms and justify selections.
• Explain why peers are appropriate based on business model, geography, size and margins.
• Articulate the financial and strategic logic behind peer group selection for AI training materials
