Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is offering a Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program, Corporate Controllers Track, a two-year rotation designed to build expertise in financial control, external reporting, and program management. You will work with data, analytics, and technology to inform decisions and improve processes.

You will gain hands-on experience in finance, reporting, and risk management, with dedicated CPA certification support and licensure‑qualifying placements to accelerate your career

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/BS or 5th year MA/MS with expected graduation Dec 2026–Jun 2027.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Digital-first mindset with data-driven critical thinking and willingness to learn new tools/skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Relevant internship experience and demonstrated leadership in academics or community activities.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, Python or similar data analytics tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to financial analysis and reporting within Corporate Controllers track.
• Apply data analytics and visualization to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Assist in regulatory and financial reporting work across functional groups.
• Support cross‑line‑of‑business initiatives and new regulations or policies.
