Job summary

Qualifications

6 years increasing financial responsibility with GAAP understanding.
Advanced degree may reduce work experience by 2 years; advanced degree or certification desirable.

Responsibilities

Facilitates annual budget development with staffing and revenue/margin/expense plans to meet targets.
Monitors expenditures against budgets; generates variance and trend analyses with root-cause identification.
Develops reporting mechanisms to communicate results to operational and financial management.
Continuously improves financial processes and captures savings.
Analyzes performance versus budget and forecasts; identifies root causes and actions.
Prepares reports on operational or strategic initiatives with interpretative comments to management.
