Job summary
Pulsafeeder Engineered Products in Rochester, NY is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide financial reporting, analysis, and planning support across operations, commercial, and engineering. You will forecast, budget, and analyze profitability while monitoring KPIs and delivering actionable insights to drive business decisions.
The role partners with FP&A & Cost Manager to maintain accurate financial models, support month-end closes, and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with GAAP and SOX controls preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare recurring financial reports and analysis for Operations, Commercial, Engineering, and leadership.
- Analyze actual performance vs forecast, budget and prior year; identify variances and drivers.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages, dashboards and management reports.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs such as orders, sales and costs.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support decisions and management requests.
- Translate financial data into actionable insights and maintain consistency across systems.
