Job summary

Sparkfund is hiring a Finance Analyst to price and structure deals in its Distributed Capacity Procurement programs. You will build, audit, and maintain pricing models, using an existing model library while creating new templates where needed.

You will partner with Business Development, Program, and Project teams to source assumptions, test them against data, and translate outputs for deal negotiations. This remote role reports to the Director of Corporate Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial modeling, corporate finance, or related quantitative role.
• Strong ability to build, audit, and troubleshoot complex Excel models.

Responsibilities

• Build, audit, and maintain the programmatic pricing models for Sparkfund's DCP programs.
• Update and refine existing models as program economics or market conditions change.
• Build bespoke financial models for one-off or non-template deal structures.
