Position Overview

The Finance Analyst works with internal partners to complete contract, intercompany, external miscellaneous revenue, and T&M billings using Kiewit’s SAP systems. It is the team’s responsibility to provide accurate and timely billings and support based on the requests submitted by our customers.

Location

This position is based our of our office in Lenexa, KS.

Responsibilities

• Create billings accurately and timely based on information provided by customers
• Understand all aspects of billings, including the various types and their impact on operational and financial reporting
• Subject Matter Expert for Resource Related Billings (RRB); ability to train team members and operational counterparts on RRB processes
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; understand Kiewit’s core business and promote a sense of urgency toward business-critical issues
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement; collaborate with internal and external partners to increase efficiencies and achieve service excellence
• Proactively problem solve and assist customers in researching and resolving issues and concerns while meeting or exceeding customer expectations
• Follow processes, procedures and internal controls
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Perform other work-related tasks as needed or assigned
• Perform routine invoice audits and provide analysis when needed

Qualifications

• College degree in business or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior SAP experience
• Previous exposure to contract, internal, external miscellaneous revenue, and T&M billing processes
