Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Melbourne, FL, invites students pursuing a finance-related degree to join as a Program Finance Analyst Intern. The role supports financial management, forecasting, and reporting for assigned programs.

You will partner with program management, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, maintain baselines, and help with project setups in the SAP system. This internship offers exposure to earned value, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business equivalent or related field

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, cost/schedule risks, and opportunities that influence outcomes
• Support programs’ financial performance and requirements with the project team
• Learn and support Earned Value documentation and monthly reports (WADs, RAMs, WBS Dictionary)
• Create, review, and work with PMs on monthly variances
• Establish and manage Program Baselines with CAMs
• Review monthly project billings for invoice accuracy
• Create and maintain SAP project records per procedure
• Support forecasts (EACs and LREs) with project inputs
• Assist with KPIs and reporting to CAM and Program Manager
• Assist with special reconciliations and data cleanup as needed
