Warn Automotive in Milwaukie, Oregon is seeking an entry‑level Finance Analyst I to join a 2‑year rotational program. The role focuses on transactional finance work, JDE and OneStream systems, and end‑to‑end data flows to support leadership with accurate reporting.

You will contribute to month‑end close, KPI dashboards, and cross‑functional financial modeling while developing strong controls and compliance awareness in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
• GPA 3.5+ preferred; open to recent grads or 0–2 years of related internship experience.
• Familiarity with ERP concepts and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational reports with analysis of key metrics for leadership.
• Perform JDE cost item setups and order entry processing.
• Execute month-end close and reconcile JDE with OneStream metadata.
• Develop manufacturing KPI dashboards (scrap, throughput, FPY).
• Analyze divisional P&L, track variances, support payments governance.
• Build financial models and data tracking sheets for cross‑functional projects.
