Job summary

Warn Automotive, LLC in Milwaukie, Oregon is seeking a Finance Analyst I for a two-year rotational program across our finance and accounting ecosystem, including JD Edwards and OneStream. You will build technical depth, handle transactional workloads, and prepare operational reports while supporting month-end close.

Recent graduates with strong Excel skills and a curious, self-starting mindset are encouraged to apply; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong foundational Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis capability.
• Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle/JDE) is a plus but not required.
• Must be a perpetual learner with strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare key operational reports with analysis of metrics.
• Present findings to Senior Leadership to meet key metrics.
• Handle daily JDE cost item setups and order entry processing.
• Execute month-end close sequences and ensure ledger integrity with OneStream.
• Extract cost, inventory, and shop floor variance reports for review.
• Support manufacturing KPI dashboards and track metrics like FPY and scrap.
• Develop financial models and data tracking sheets for cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist in executive reporting of close results to finance leadership.
