RTX is seeking an entry-level Finance Program Cost Controls Analyst to support the Tomahawk Advanced Programs Finance team in Tucson, AZ. The role covers startup proposal cost, baselining, and cost control, with exposure to EVMS, EAC, and SAP/APEX systems.
Ideal candidates have a finance-related degree, understanding of forecasting, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required; Top Secret clearance may be needed for some programs.

Raytheon has an excellent opportunity available for an entry-level (P1) Finance Program Cost Controls Analyst within the Tomahawk Advanced Programs Finance team. This program area is experiencing significant growth, projecting more than $100M in bookings over the next five years.
In this position, the candidate will be exposed to and trained in many different real world business tools and resources such as Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Estimate at Completion (EAC) process, and monthly accounting close process preparation using the Business Planning (Rplan) system.
The candidate will also utilize business software packages such as forProject, SAP/APEX, and Business Warehouse to provide in-depth analysis for financial reporting of various program funding profiles, bookings, sales and earnings outlook and forecast, billing projections, and variance analysis.
This position will be an integrated part of a fast-paced finance team where multitasking and personal initiative are key requirements.
This position is designated as onsite in Tucson, AZ.
A Secret clearance is required after day one, and a Top Secret clearance may be required for certain program assignments.
Provide financial support of programs and tasks will be comprehensive from startup phase of initial proposal support and costing through mature phase of program execution including baselining and budgetary creation, sales forecasting and cost control and analysis.
Provided challenging work assignments on both personal and team assignments that will help shape a foundation for both career and personal development within the world of Finance as well as the general world of Business.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
