Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or business admin.
• 3–6 years of related experience in finance, planning, or accounting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statements.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bilingual Korean and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting activities.
• Assist with annual operating budget preparation and monitoring.
• Perform variance analysis comparing actuals to forecast and budget.
• Prepare recurring financial reports and management dashboards.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate with accounts payable and expense administration.
