ESAB in North Bethesda, MD is seeking a Finance Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning and analysis for the organization, including regular and ad-hoc reports covering all Regions and consolidated roll-ups.

This role partners with Finance Leadership and will contribute to forward-looking insights, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis as part of our global team, collaborating with cross-functional groups to drive smarter, data-driven decision making.

Your Opportunity:

The Finance Analyst, FP&A position is accountable for supporting the financial planning and analysis function for the organization, including regular and ad-hoc reports covering all Regions and consolidate roll-ups. The position also provides key support to the Finance Leadership and will be based at World Headquarters in North Bethesda, MD.
