Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation seeks a Finance Analyst to provide accounting and finance services across multiple facilities, supporting monthly results, forecasting and annual budgeting. You will partner with PDC operations, inventory management and GPSC to ensure accurate reporting and cost control.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting and travel up to 10%. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential; prior Oshkosh experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with U.S. and international accounting regulations.
• Two or more years of relevant experience OR Finance/Accounting internship with Oshkosh Corporation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting and finance functions and account reconciliations.
• Support monthly analysis, forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with Parts Distribution Center operations and Inventory management.
• Ensure accuracy in reporting of inventoriable costs and internal controls.
