Job summary

The National Autistic Society is recruiting a Finance Analyst for a fixed-term maternity cover. You will join the Adult Services Finance Business Partnering team, delivering financial insight and reporting to support high-quality service delivery and financial sustainability.

You’ll prepare reports and forecasts, work with operational teams, and contribute to improvements across services with revenues of £20m–£35m. This is a full-time, 35-hour role, homebased in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing financial reports and budgets.
• Knowledge of finance systems, controls and ledgers.
• Willingness to pursue professional qualification such as AAT/ACCA/CIMA.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate financial reports, P&Ls, budgets and forecasts, investigating variances and supporting corrective actions.
• Provide financial analysis to support operational decision-making and planning.
• Collaborate with Finance, Adult Services and Business Development on costings, controls and improvement projects.
