As a member of the DMC team, you will support SAP and Coupa-based reporting, analytics, and control monitoring, including the development of expense dashboards to identify trends and anomalies. DMC partners closely with Procurement and Accounts Payable to support internal stakeholders, employees, and US offices, serving as a critical link between financial processes, payments, and people.

  • Analyze expense and payment data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist with monitoring key financial controls and analyzing expense and payment data to identify trends, exceptions, and potential risks requiring further review or escalation.
  • Prepare and validate exception-based SAP expense entries to ensure accuracy and completeness while ensuring compliance with established financial policies and internal controls.
  • Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and regional finance teams to support core processes and key initiatives across offices.
  • Support month-end close, audit requests, and special projects, while maintaining up-to-date documentation and procedures.
  • Assist with the disbursement process, as needed, to ensure deadlines are met, including month-end.
What You’ll Do
  • Working with data and identifying trends, discrepancies, and exceptions.
  • Demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.
  • Communicating effectively with key stakeholders across functions and the organization.
  • Collaborating within a team and being an active participant in working through problems.
  • Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel skills.
  • Experience leveraging technology tools to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business reporting and decision making.
  • Strong attention to detail with a data-driven and investigative mindset.
  • Understanding of internal controls, audit, and risk management concepts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information in a concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, building effective relationships across the organization.
Who You’ll Work With

This role will work closely with local finance leadership, process owners, and regional finance teams to support key initiatives and processes across offices.
