Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Finance Analyst for our Georgia and South Carolina Technical Service Centers. This role combines accounting, financial analysis, contract management, and operational support to enhance profitability and accurate reporting.

You will identify trends, investigate variances, evaluate contract performance, and provide insights to drive informed decisions. The candidate should communicate clearly with both financial and nonfinancial teammates.

Responsabilités

• Manage invoicing, pricing, and profitability for contracts, projects, and orders.
• Monitor revenue, costs, margins, and other key financial indicators.
• Investigate variances between actuals and expectations and report findings.
• Prepare financial reports and present insights to leadership.
• Support accounts receivable and collections to ensure timely payments.
• Audit pricing and contract terms for accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reconcile data and drive profitability.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract performance and financial outcomes.
• Support development and refinement of procedures to standardize processes.
