Responsibilities

• Salaries & Freelance Compensation: reconcile salaries and freelance costs during month-end close and forecast variances.
• Freelance Process: document and optimize freelance tracking and reporting, manage engage requests and POs.
• Other Employee Costs: budget and track non-salary compensation and taxable fringe benefits with accurate ledger population.
• Other Budget Support: maintain employee welfare trackers and assist with forecasting and monthly entries.
