Job summary

Google is seeking a Financial Analyst in Mountain View, CA to support FP&A activities across major Google initiatives. You will lead models, scenario planning, and performance tracking to inform executive decisions, while partnering with business leaders on multi‑year agreements with Android and other product teams.

You’ll build data‑driven financial models and dashboards, using AI and Google tools, to reveal insights, drive efficiency, and guide strategic planning across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field and 4+ years FP&A experience.
• Experience performing full-cycle FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling.
• Experience using SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience in a multinational company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design, modeling, execution, and performance tracking of multiple large OEM commercial agreements, often spanning Product and Design (P&D), Search, Gemini, Google One (G1), and other Google product teams.
• Forecast partner‑level profit and loss statements (P&L) and report variances, in close cycles and at VP+ level agreement performance assessment forums.
• Help design and model go‑to‑market (GTM) programs for large American retailers and carriers alongside the Android GTM team.
• Build easy‑to‑understand financial models and dynamic dashboards using AI and Google tools, handling large datasets across cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Conduct and consolidate measurement analysis, supporting broader team efforts to track partner performance against metrics.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
• Experience using SQL.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage and integrate AI capabilities into core operational workflows to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives tailored for executive leadership and business-facing stakeholders.

• Support the design, modeling, execution, and performance tracking of multiple large original equipment manufacturer (OEM) commercial agreements, often spanning Product and Design (P&D), Search, Gemini, Google One (G1), and other Google product teams.
• Forecast partner‑level profit and loss statements (P&Ls) and report back on variances, both in close cycles and at Vice President‑plus (VP+) level agreement performance assessment forums alongside Business Development (BD).
• Help design and model go‑to‑market (GTM) programs for large American retailers and carriers alongside the Android GTM team.
• Build easy‑to‑understand financial models and dynamic dashboards using artificial intelligence (AI) and Google tools, commanding large datasets across cross‑functional stakeholders to track key metrics, visualize trends, and provide actionable business insights.
• Conduct and consolidate measurement analysis, supporting broader team efforts to track partner performance against committed metrics.
