Job summary

ODDITY’s New York team is seeking a Finance Analyst to support FP&A, budgeting, reporting, and ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes high visibility and collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive accurate financial insights.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in FP&A or related fields, a Bachelor’s in finance/economics, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and familiarity with tools like Looker or ERP systems. Hybrid work four days in-office.

Responsibilities

ODDITY is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our New York based team. You will support ODDITY across all aspects of financial planning and reporting, including ad-hoc projects. This is a high-visibility role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Analyze business performance across product categories, funnels and geographies
• Build monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
• Support quarterly and year-end audits, including preparation of audit working papers
• Prepare monthly reports for leadership teams - highlighting KPIs, trends and insights
• Implement processes to enhance reporting efficiency, including automation and implementation of new tools
• Assist with budgeting, reforecasting and variance analysis across departments
• Partner cross-functionally with teams to align goals
• Strengthen internal controls framework and processes, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Recent graduate with relevant coursework or 1 - 3 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, public accounting or corporate finance, preferable in a high-growth environment
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field of study with a record of high academic achievement at a top university
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling and accounting practices
• Experience with tools like Looker, Claude, ERP systems or Alteryx is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, plus the ability to see the bigger strategic picture
• Proactive, collaborative mindset - someone who asks "What's next?" instead of waiting for direction
• Eager to learn and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment
