Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of FP&A experience, consulting, or related field, or an advanced degree.
  • Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling in a multinational company setting.
  • Experience with programming (SQL).

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and insights to support the Media Incentives team in managing financial performance of incentive programs.
  • Perform quantitative analysis around incentives programs including ROI and incrementality studies in partnership with other teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and data accuracy.
  • Support regional Finance teams worldwide in crafting incentive portfolios aligned to business goals.
  • Forecast P&L impact of incentive programs and support FP&A processes ongoing.

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
  • Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
  • Experience with programming (i.e. SQL).
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience writing SQL queries and retrieving data from relational databases.
  • Ability to self-start and self-directed work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level.
  • Ability to create and foster strong cross-functional networks and manage without authority; excellent leadership, influencing and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and the ability to communicate and partner with a executive management team.
  • Excellent spreadsheet skills with experience creating financial dashboards or models.

  • Provide thoughtful leadership, drive insights and analysis to support the Media Incentives team in managing the financial performance of volume-based incentives programs targeting video growth.
  • Leverage technical expertise to provide quantitative analysis around incentives programs, including support for return on investment and incrementality studies, working in partnership with other teams.
  • Interact with other Finance, Product, and partner teams to assure strategic and analytical alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency.
  • Support regional Finance teams across the globe in crafting incentive portfolios aligned to their business goals.
  • Support product financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process by forecasting profit and loss (P&L) impact of incentive programs on an ongoing basis.
