Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least three years of progressively responsible accounting and fiscal analysis experience.
• Experience with governmental accounting and budgeting.
• Proficient with GAAP and standard accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable and billing processes.
• Lead month-end and year-end close and financial reporting.
• Coordinate annual GASB audit and annual inventory.
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and capital budgeting.
• Prepare financial analyses, budgets, and grant administration.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with CCPL policies.
