Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses on real corporate scenarios, check the valuation assumptions and the accounting behind them, and write the judgments that teach models what defensible finance work looks like.

You’ll stress-test AI-built models, trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers and broken drivers, and deliver clear, defensible analyses that you’d present to a CFO. This is a flexible, remote role with project-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and working-capital logic.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and unsupported conclusions.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions and clear drivers.
