• Participation in research, analytics, projects, strategy, and technology enhancements
• Attend professional development sessions, networking and community service events
• Receive mentorship and guidance from a dedicated manager and program manager
• Work on a project to improve a specific process and present findings at internship close
• Prepare wrap-up presentation for division leadership on accomplishments
