You will own the AI product roadmap for Finance and guide a team spanning analytics engineering and AI product management, with dotted-line leadership to Finance data engineering. You will collaborate with executives to drive ROI, define data standards, and ensure value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Data Science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics portfolio with Finance partners, define objectives and KPIs, manage risk to quality, schedule and budget.
• Own and drive the AI product roadmap for Finance, prioritizing AI/ML initiatives.
• Translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions and drive them from concept to delivery.
• Lead and develop a direct team of analytics engineers and AI Product Managers; align with Finance data engineering.
• Drive budget decisions by synthesizing operational and financial data to optimize capacity and priorities.
• Define and track measurable ROI and business impact for AI/ML initiatives.
