Qualifications

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline and five or more years of professional applications developer experience.
5+ years of AI/ML development experience in production environments.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions (LLMs, agents, predictive models) to provide insights across finance and administrative functions.
Apply prompt engineering and RAG techniques to enhance internal AI tools and ensure context-aware responses.
Partner with Finance and Accounting to translate workflows into scalable AI solutions.
Develop data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Azure to prepare data for AI/ML and reporting.
Collaborate with IT and business users to ensure alignment of financial objectives and technical execution.
Define KPIs and roll out end-to-end solution lifecycle from concept to deployment and improvement.
