Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Manager for our CFO Accounting Advisory practice. You will support CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Directors to improve financial reporting and add operational value through technical analysis and process improvements.

The role requires 6+ years in a large accounting firm, a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, and CPA/CMA certification. Power BI/Tableau skills are a plus, with travel and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit or financial advisory services.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in projects focused on GAAP Advisory, Business Analytics and Decision Support, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, transaction support, program/project management.
• Supervise, develop and train staff on engagements.
• Interact with senior managers and partners on client and engagement management.
• Strengthen client relationships and develop new business opportunities with outstanding service.
• Travel approx. 25% and work in a hybrid environment.
