Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financing and leasing options, ensuring they fully understand the terms and conditions of their agreements.
• Present and explain available finance and insurance products, including vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other protection products.
• Work with lenders to secure competitive financing options and obtain necessary approvals.
• Prepare, review, and finalize all finance and lease contracts accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted to the business office in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal and California laws, lender requirements, and dealership policies.
• Work closely with the sales department to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle selection to contract completion.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding contracts, funding issues, and missing documentation.
• Meet or exceed established performance goals while maintaining ethical sales practices and excellent customer satisfaction.
• Handle sensitive customer and financial information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Build positive working relationships with customers, lenders, management, and fellow employees.
