Kia is seeking a Finance Administrator, FP&A to support monthly P/L reporting, forecasts, and annual business plans. You will perform analyses on dealer development programs, vehicle margins, and fleet sales while delivering actionable insights for management decisions.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in corporate finance, proficiency with SAP/SAP BW, and strong communication skills. This role is based at our Irvine campus with comprehensive benefits.

The Finance Administrator, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will play a supporting role in preparing and reviewing internal financial reports for management including monthly P/L statements, forecasts, and annual business plan packages. In addition, this position will conduct comprehensive financial analyses on the Dealer Development Program and handle ad‑hoc requests as needed to support management’s strategic decisions and plans.

$63,669.83 – $82,795.83
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
